Happiness isn't always loud or obvious. Sometimes it's a feeling that slips past before you can name it... a flash of colour, a memory, a quiet moment that stays with you long after it's gone.

This painting grew in much the same way. Built through instinctive mark-making and layered by hand, it wasn't about chasing perfection or a particular outcome. It was about trusting the process and allowing the painting to become whatever it needed to be.

For me, Blurred Happiness is a reminder that the most meaningful moments in life aren't always the sharpest... they're just the ones we remember feeling.
